The Registration forms cannot be completed without fee payment via credit card. The full fixed fee is due regardless of the time the conferee spends at the conference and cannot be reduced for anyone.
Every individual will have to pay the Participant or Companion fee. If two or more individuals from the same institution are participating, each individual will have to pay.

Fee Structure
The Participant fee is $350.00 CAD. The fee covers the admission to the conference with personal badge, the participation in the workshops, the documentation concerning the conference, coffee-breaks and lunches foreseen from the program, the attendance at gala dinner, the access to the Ceremony of the Signature of the Magna Charta Universitatum with the relevant lunch.
The Companion fee (spouses, colleagues, etc. will not attend conference and debates) fee is $300.00 CAD. The fee covers the attendance at the gala dinner, the access to the Ceremony of the Signature of the Magna Charta Universitatum with the relevant lunch.
For Students who send a copy of their current student ID, a fee is not required.
Means of Payment
Payment must be paid via credit card to complete the registration. Payments by cheque or “bon de commande” are not accepted. Cash or credit card payments at the conference site are not accepted.
A receipt for fee payment will be sent by e-mail at the receipt of the relevant amount by McMaster University.
Cancellations & Refunds
If notice of cancellation is received by MIDNIGHT EST October 1, 2019, 80% of the conference fee amount will be reimbursed.
If notice of cancelation is received after MIDNIGHT EST October 1, 2019, NO refund can be made.
